Structure and Function
As the contact point for shareholders, the IR group belongs to Corporate Communications. Corporate Communications, located directly under the president, is responsible for providing information to each stakeholder.
Outline
Nissha strives to disclose corporate information in a timely and proper manner based on our Disclosure Policy. Also, we are working to promote an understanding of Nissha through various IR events and meetings, and issuing IR materials. Not only by sending off information, but we also recognize that one of the important roles of IR activities is to gather feedbacks and opinions from shareholders, investors and the stock market, and provide this information to the management.
