Criteria for Information Disclosure
The Company discloses information in accordance with related laws such as the Securities and Transaction Law and the "Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuer of Listed Security and the Like" ("Rules on Timely Disclosure" below) stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In addition, if the Company judges that information the company is not duty bound to disclose in light of the criteria found in the Rules on Timely Disclosure will be beneficial to shareholders and investors, the Company will disclose the information voluntarily and positively.
Method for Information Disclosure
The disclosure of information subject to the Rules on Timely Disclosure will be conducted through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and through media organizations. The information in question will be published on the Company's website promptly after disclosures. Also, the Company will provide any information that is considered to be useful in the promotion of understanding of the Company in a timely fashion through media organizations and the Company's website.
