Tooling

With superior Program Management, in-house PDM, in-house Sample Shop, and an in-house Metrology Lab, we are able to produce cost savings and reduced lead times, higher quality, and all around complete service. On top of that, we have a top notch CAD/CAM department that is ready and able to get your product design into a mold. In the tooling shop, our equipment is all state-of-the-art, sophisticated, automated machinery. Our drive to succeed along with conformance to our Lean initiatives make our tooling shop a highly efficient, little-to-zero waste operation.

Program Management

Our Program Management is a collection of individuals who are constantly involved throughout the entire product development cycle to the very end stages of manufacturing. They are the core of any project, insuring the timeliness and efficient execution of the different stages of the product development / manufacturing life cycle.

PDM

The PDM, or Product Data Management department works with customers on technical aspects of the product, offering advice and ensuring quality in part and tool design. With knowledgable people and sophisticated analysis software, the department is able to determine weaknesses, correct problem producing deficiencies, and ultimately, increase product quality and manufacturing efficiency. PDM is a crucial factor in Product Development, for they ultimately determine how the part will be manufactured.

CAD/CAM

The CAD/CAM department works with the tool shop to determine the best and most efficient way of creating or modifying a particular tool. Much like the PDM department, they also have sophisticated CAD/CAM software tools. Among these softwares are Unigraphics and Cimatron, as well as several others. The purpose of the CAD/CAM department is to quickly turn a design into a functional tool.
