We currently have 46 presses in the range of 20 - 500 Tons, all of which are late model JSW and Toshiba state-of-the-art machines. Many are all electric for the most accurate, reliable, and repeatable part production available anywhere in the world. We utilize MotanTM central material drying and conveying systems to assure accurate moisture removal from the plastic resin prior to delivery to the molding machines. This is a closed loop system that virtually eliminates material contamination. Both molding facilities utilize MattecTM Systems for "real-time" monitoring of output and predetermined process values from each molding machine. What this means to you is we have the equipment necessary to take on any range of task in regards to injection molding.
